Peer Benchmark Contribution Terms
These terms explain observed delivered-net processing and privacy-safe pilot access in addition to pooled peer benchmarking. An organisation owner or administrator must accept this version before contribution begins.

Data used
Count For Me may use eligible, verified invoice-line product and pack identity, quantity, invoice price, invoice date, supplier identity, venue industry, regional location attributes, tax evidence, observed delivery fees, and explicit order discounts from this organisation.
Purpose
These fields are used only to build and operate pooled supplier-price comparisons, including observed delivered-net comparisons, improve product matching, and maintain benchmark quality and privacy controls.
Organisation exclusion
When a benchmark is shown to this organisation, every venue owned by this organisation is excluded from the peer cohort.
Privacy safeguards
Results are shown only when the excluded cohort contains at least 5 peer venues, 20 invoice lines, and 3 peer organisations, and passes the current venue and organisation concentration limits. Individual peer invoices and venue prices are not disclosed.
Price treatments
Version 2 may compare gross invoice-line prices and tax-exclusive delivered-net observed prices. Delivered net includes only invoice-observed delivery fees and explicit order discounts allocated across eligible goods lines. Rebates, credits, settlement discounts, minimum-order effects, waste, and hypothetical terms are excluded.
Pilot access
Count For Me may make privacy-safe benchmark results available to explicitly allowlisted pilot organisations before general release. Synthetic or mixed test evidence is never used to supply a pilot benchmark.
Availability
Participation or pilot access does not guarantee that a benchmark will be available. Product identity, pack and tax evidence, regional coverage, order-size context, peer depth, and privacy safeguards may make a result unavailable.
Organisation authority
An owner or administrator accepts or withdraws these terms for the whole organisation. Participation applies to eligible verified lines from all participating venues in the organisation.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal stops new benchmark contribution and access based on the withdrawn contribution, starts removal of benchmark-derived line data and identity reviews, and leaves source invoices, accounting records, and legally required records unchanged.
Changes to these terms
Any material change to these contribution terms requires a new version and renewed organisation consent. Personal information continues to be handled under the Count For Me Privacy Policy.

価格の基準
バージョン2では、請求書明細価格と税抜きの観測納品後純額を比較する場合があります。納品後純額には、請求書で確認できる配送料と明示された注文割引のみを対象商品明細に配分して含めます。リベート、クレジット、決済割引、最低注文条件の影響、廃棄、および仮定の条件は含みません。
パイロット利用
Count For Meは、一般公開前に、明示的に許可されたパイロット組織へプライバシー基準を満たすベンチマーク結果を提供する場合があります。合成データまたは混合テストデータをパイロット向けベンチマークの提供に使用することはありません。
利用可能性
参加またはパイロット利用によってベンチマークが必ず利用できるとは限りません。商品識別、入数・税額の根拠、地域のデータ量、注文規模、比較対象の充足度、およびプライバシー保護基準により結果を表示できない場合があります。
組織を代表する権限
オーナーまたは管理者が組織全体を代表して本条件への同意または参加の取り消しを行います。参加は、組織内の参加店舗から得られる条件を満たす確認済み明細に適用されます。
参加の取り消し
参加を取り消すと、新たなベンチマークへのデータ提供および取り消した提供データに基づくアクセスを停止し、ベンチマーク用の派生明細データと識別レビューの削除を開始します。元の請求書、会計記録、および法令上保存が必要な記録は変更しません。
本条件の変更
本データ提供条件を重要な点で変更する場合は、新しいバージョンと組織による再同意が必要です。個人情報は引き続きCount For Meのプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱います。
