Your organisation is excluded
Every venue owned by your organisation is removed from the peer cohort shown back to you.
The Peer Project · data and privacy
Supplier prices are hard to compare alone. The Peer Project pools verified invoice lines into regional benchmarks without showing another operator your venue, invoice or individual price.

Useful, with boundaries
A thin benchmark can expose too much and tell you too little. These safeguards resolve both problems.
Every venue owned by your organisation is removed from the peer cohort shown back to you.
Results require at least 5 peer venues, 20 invoice lines and 3 peer organisations, plus concentration checks.
Individual peer invoices and venue prices are not disclosed. You see the pooled signal needed for the supplier conversation.
From invoice to signal
The work is not just averaging prices. Each line has to be verified, matched and cleared for a privacy-safe cohort first.
Read the contribution termsProduct, pack, quantity, price, date, supplier and regional attributes enter the matching process.
We check product identity, pack and tax evidence before a line can support a comparison.
Your organisation comes out. Privacy and concentration thresholds are checked.
You receive a pooled price signal that can support a factual supplier conversation.
Clear limits
Participation does not guarantee a result. Product identity, pack and tax evidence, order context, regional coverage, peer depth and privacy checks can keep a benchmark unavailable.
Current delivered-net comparisons only use invoice-observed delivery fees and explicit order discounts. Rebates, credits, settlement discounts, minimum-order effects, waste and hypothetical terms are excluded.
