Peer Benchmark Contribution Terms
These terms explain how an organisation may contribute verified invoice-line data to Count For Me's pooled peer benchmarking. An organisation owner or administrator must accept this version before contribution begins.

Data used
Count For Me may use eligible, verified invoice-line product and pack identity, quantity, invoice price, invoice date, supplier identity, venue industry, and regional location attributes from this organisation.
Purpose
These fields are used only to build and operate pooled supplier-price comparisons, improve product matching, and maintain benchmark quality and privacy controls.
Organisation exclusion
When a benchmark is shown to this organisation, every venue owned by this organisation is excluded from the peer cohort.
Privacy safeguards
Results are shown only when the excluded cohort contains at least 5 peer venues, 20 invoice lines, and 3 peer organisations, and passes the current venue and organisation concentration limits. Individual peer invoices and venue prices are not disclosed.
Price basis
Version 1 compares gross invoice-line prices. Delivery fees, rebates, credits, order-level or flat discounts, and minimum-order effects are not included unless a future benchmark clearly states another basis.
Availability
Participation does not guarantee that a benchmark will be available. Product identity, pack evidence, regional coverage, order-size context, and privacy safeguards may make a result unavailable.
Organisation authority
An owner or administrator accepts or withdraws these terms for the whole organisation. Participation applies to eligible verified lines from all participating venues in the organisation.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal stops new benchmark contribution and access based on the withdrawn contribution, starts removal of benchmark-derived line data and identity reviews, and leaves source invoices, accounting records, and legally required records unchanged.
Changes to these terms
Any material change to these contribution terms requires a new version and renewed organisation consent. Personal information continues to be handled under the Count For Me Privacy Policy.

組織を除外した比較対象に、5店舗以上、請求書明細20件以上、3組織以上が含まれ、かつ現在の店舗および組織の集中度基準を満たす場合にのみ結果を表示します。個別の比較対象請求書や店舗価格は開示しません。
価格の基準
バージョン1では請求書明細の総額ベース価格を比較します。将来のベンチマークで別の基準を明示しない限り、配送料、リベート、クレジット、注文単位または定額の割引、最低注文条件の影響は含みません。
利用可能性
参加してもベンチマークが必ず利用できるとは限りません。商品識別、入数の根拠、地域のデータ量、注文規模、およびプライバシー保護基準により結果を表示できない場合があります。
組織を代表する権限
オーナーまたは管理者が組織全体を代表して本条件への同意または参加の取り消しを行います。参加は、組織内の参加店舗から得られる条件を満たす確認済み明細に適用されます。
参加の取り消し
参加を取り消すと、新たなベンチマークへのデータ提供および取り消した提供データに基づくアクセスを停止し、ベンチマーク用の派生明細データと識別レビューの削除を開始します。元の請求書、会計記録、および法令上保存が必要な記録は変更しません。
本条件の変更
本データ提供条件を重要な点で変更する場合は、新しいバージョンと組織による再同意が必要です。個人情報は引き続きCount For Meのプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱います。
